Black Spirit mentioned earlier something about having a pinning move as a finisher and I kept wondering. Is there any advantage to this? What should we focus when evolving the move, damage or pin bonus?

Needless to say, I created one myself and wanted some input on the matter. 2Face would be a cool guy if he answered this since he has one of the best pin moves on my level.

I my old fed "big guys" don't use at all Pin moves as finishers... and like I know for all classes the best are Direct Damage moves or some (one) submission move if you have enough submission skills...

My Spirit Slam works pretty sweet for me. I say that Pin bonus is an alternative for those like me that are not interested in Submission Bonus/Damage. It'd be kind of boring to have 3 DD Finishers.

About what to look for when doing the Finisher, I'd suggest to look for damage instead of Pin. I set mine around 20 Pin Bonus (Can't remember now) and from then I've only upgraded Damage.

So you think I should change mine? I've seen it work only once and now I'm kind doubting it. I was just looking for a way to put a stop to the great amount of draw I've been getting.

I had one when i first started the game and it would never finish at all, i had a match with matzu once and i did it three times in a row and it did nothing, i think it was on one of the shows

after i saw that i looked at all of my other match's and it almost never finished

i like having one submission finisher and 2 dd it seems to work well for my style they all finish

Something I heard very early was to make sure any pin finisher was set to go off at Red only. If opponents keep kicking out its because you've got it set to hit before their anywhere near done. And with a low damage figure its not gonna get the job done.

I've been building my pin up for ages and have since moved it up to Orange because its takes off enough to wear them down and win from there. But any higher than that and you'd need to take off a lot of damage before it'll pin at Yellow.
