How many federations move up??? in all of the international we only have two shows ahead of us, so does that mean if we keep this up we can go up again?

Since we made it to International I always see 4 Feds moving up, and every season we finish 5th. The past season we were Number 1 for the half of the season when suddenly the sytem got "screwed". The staff lasted like 4 days fixing it and voila! We were 5th after the fixing! Evil or Very Mad

Let's hope that the system doesn't get "screwed" one more time and we can keep it until the end of the season. Let's also hope that 4 keeps being the number of Feds moving up.
