Bio: Dressed in a full body trench coat and sporting a large cowboy hat, The Downer has a very inflated ego, He considers himself far better than everyone else and always has a ready excuse if he happens to lose. He has joined this federation after being sacked for gross misconduct (exact charges haven't been divulged) from his last and only Fed TMG. Has also been accused of Steroid abuse but charges were dropped due to lack of evidence.
