Experimental Build Empty Experimental Build

I'm trying a different kind of Tech build, one that I'm not aware of being tried before. High damage, high attack, and high bleed bonus. So far, I haven't noticed much of a difference (I don't have any Sub Damage Increase AT). I need more "research", so please... everyone who can, challenge me.

Yikes! that's a scary looking build. I'm only... 25,000 matches behind him. That's about 3 matches every hour of every day for the next 365 days. I think he's a little out of my league
